Growth and healing happen within a safe relationship
Compassionate, caring, and personalized virtual mental health counseling from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you in Georgia
You recognize that your go-to strategies for handling stress are not working as well as they used to. You’re feeling less fulfilled, less joy, and don’t know why. You have a sense that painful experiences from the past are impacting you in the present. You see that you’re stuck in a cycle but can’t seem to get out of it.
I’m glad you’re here.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience, I work with individuals who are struggling with various issues including
anxiety and stress
identity
life changes/transitions
impacts from a challenging childhood
depression
trauma
Because growth and healing happen within a safe relationship, I aim to provide a safe, collaborative counseling relationship that promotes self-exploration and personal growth.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and interactive.
We’ll work on identifying and challenging false narratives, connecting more deeply with yourself on emotional and somatic levels, and utilizing your innate strengths for change, growth, and healing.
In addition to insight and understanding, you will learn skills to better manage stress, emotions, and relationships.
Terri Cordle, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I consider it an extraordinary privilege to work as a therapist; to walk for a time with others on their journey towards growth and healing. I truly believe in the power of having a safe person and safe place with whom and where you can be your authentic self, say what’s on your mind, and explore the difficulties you’re having.
I currently provide virtual sessions from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you in the state of Georgia.
Rates, Insurance for Therapy:
Rates for Sessions:
$125 per clinical hour (53 minutes)
Initial Session/Intake Session: $140 (53 minutes)
I take credit card payments at the time of service via Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant payment platform. You can use standard credit cards including pre-tax Flex or Health Savings Account cards.
Insurance for Therapy:
At this time, I take Aetna insurance.
I am out of network (OON) for other insurance plans.
If you would like to use your OON benefits, I can provide you with a monthly receipt called a Superbill with the necessary information of what you paid me which you may submit to your insurance company to obtain any available counseling or therapy fee reimbursement based on your plan. You will want to look into this before making an appointment with me: check with your insurance plan to determine coverage for licensed professional counselors as OON providers, if there is a deductible and if it has been met, and what percentage, if any, they reimburse for psychotherapy, and what that percentage is of my full rate. Codes to inquire about include 90791 for the initial session and 90837 (a 53-minute session).
Per the No Surprises Act, if you do not intend to submit for insurance for possible OON reimbursement, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). You decide the length and frequency of sessions, when to begin or end treatment, and I do not bill, so there are no surprises. A GFE outlines the projected cost of therapy at my rate for up to one year by simply calculating my fee multiplied by the number of sessions you expect over a period of time.
